This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the INTUNE mobile application, website, browser extensions, third party integrations, and associated services (the “Service”).

We only collect data necessary to provide the Service.
a) Account Data: Email address, authentication via Apple or Google, year of birth.
b) User-Provided Data: menstrual cycle data (e.g., period dates, cycle length), mood inputs, information you provide about how you feel, journal entries and reflections, details of your tasks.
c) Technical Data: device type and operating system, App usage data (analytics), localisation information (language and timezone).
4. Sensitive Data (Health Data)
Cycle-related and wellbeing data may be considered special category data under GDPR (Article 9).
We process this data only with your explicit consent and only to provide the Service’s core functionality.

6. Linked Accounts, Data Sharing & Visibility Controls
INTUNE allows a Primary User (adult woman) to optionally connect with a Partner, and/or a Daughter.
These connections are designed to support communication and understanding while maintaining strict privacy controls.
6.1 Default Sharing (Privacy-First Design)
When a connection is established connected users (Partner or Daughter) see only:

High-level summaries
AI-generated suggestions

No raw cycle data is shared
No journal entries are shared
No editable data is exposed
6.2 Sharing with Partner
The Primary User controls what additional information is shared with a Partner.
If enabled, the Partner may see selected processed insights, including:
Cycle phase
Current month forecast
Ovulatory window
Mood
Energy level
Creativity level
Focus level
Communication level
All shared data is derived and processed, not raw, is shared only with explicit user control.
6.3 Sharing with Daughter
When Primary user is connected with a Daughter by default the Daughter sees:

Summaries
Supportive suggestions
Additionally, the Primary User may choose to share with Daughter:
Cycle phase
Current month forecast
Mood
Energy level
Creativity level
Focus level
Communication level
6.4 Daughter-to-Primary Sharing
The Daughter may independently choose to share selected information with the Primary User. This may include:
Cycle phase
Current month forecast
Mood
Energy level
Creativity level
Focus level

This sharing is:
Fully controlled by the Daughter
Visible only to the Primary User
Never shared with third parties
6.5 Visibility Controls
Users maintain full control over their data at all times. Sharing settings can be changed at any time in the app. Users can disconnect linked accounts at any time. Disconnecting immediately revokes access to shared data.
Additional safeguards:
Connected users cannot access raw data
Connected users cannot export or redistribute data through the app
Each user controls only their own data sharing preferences
6.6 Privacy Principles for Linked Accounts
INTUNE is designed to ensure:

7. Artificial Intelligence Processing
INTUNE uses AI to generate personalized insights.
When AI is used, processing is based on data you provide, outputs are interpretative and probabilistic, AI is used only to support your experience.
If third-party AI providers are used:
Only minimized or pseudonymized data is shared
No direct personal identifiers (such as email) are included
You can control AI-related features within the app settings.
8. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under:

Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) To provide the Service you signed up for
